Ingredients:
-2 kiwis
-2 carrots
-2 stalks of celery
-1 apple
-1/2 red bell pepper

Long-term weight loss is most effectively achieved by adopting a whole-food diet and increasing exercise. Increasing fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet can speed up your metabolism. Wasn’t sure if I was going to like this juice with all the veggies. But it’s actually tasty and a great way to incorporate more fruits and veggies into your diet.
