Ingredients:
-1/2 papaya, seeded
-1 apple
-1 inch piece of ginger

Digestive issues are so uncomfortable. Constipation can be relieved by increasing the amount of fiber in the diet, regular exercise, and drinking eight or more large glasses of water daily. This juice can also help. Papaya is a great natural laxative. It is high in fiber and water, which help with constipation.
