What’s Wrong With Pasteurization?
Pasteurization was introduced to reduce disease-causing organisms such as Salmonella. In today’s milk, pasteurization is necessary because the milk from animals crammed in cages cause them to be sickly. They are regularly injected with synthetic hormones and antibiotics to prevent them from getting sick. But with such living conditions, it is impossible for the animals to stay healthy.
The problem with pasteurization is that it kills all the beneficial bacteria, enzymes, nutrients, making the milk to be without nutrients. Proteins are transformed into unnatural amino acids that cannot be used by the body. In other words, it is a “dead” drink, offering no nutritional value.
Animals have no way of detoxing, so the synthetic hormones and antibiotics go into the milk that we drink. On top of that, there are no nutrients from drinking pasteurized milk, so in reality, what is there left, really in that box of milk?

If you cannot get raw, then low-temperature pasteurization will be the next best thing as it does not use high heat that destroys the enzymes and nutrients. Go for the full-cream! Skimmed and low-fat milk means more processing has been done to denature the milk.
