Bitter gourd juice is very detoxifying and useful for blood cleansing in cases of toxemia, hangover, psoriasis, piles (hemorrhoid).

Recipe For A Delicious Bitter Gourd Juice

  • 1 medium-sized bitter gourd
  • 4 ribs of celery
  • 2 green apples
  • 1/4 slice lemon or 1/2 a lime
  • a thumb-sized piece of ginger (optional).

Tip:   Soak cut pieces of bitter gourd in mild seasalt water for 10-15 minutes to reduce bitterness if you dont like it bitter.
