Recipe For A Delicious Bitter Gourd Juice
- 1 medium-sized bitter gourd
- 4 ribs of celery
- 2 green apples
- 1/4 slice lemon or 1/2 a lime
- a thumb-sized piece of ginger (optional).
Tip: Soak cut pieces of bitter gourd in mild seasalt water for 10-15 minutes to reduce bitterness if you dont like it bitter.
