Relieve Constipation, Diarrhea and Gut Troubles With This Anti-Microbial Power Juice

Fennel is one of the few vegetables that have high content of essential oils and folate. It is also loaded with anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties, making it a very useful remedy for many ailments in the digestive system like colic, constipation, diarrhea, excessive flatulence and yeast infection.


Here’s a good recipe using Fennel which combine well:

  • 5 carrots
  • 2 green apples
  • ½ fennel bulb
  • 6 celery stick
  • ½ lemon (without peel)
  • 1-inch piece of ginger root

Wash clean and cut all the above ingredients, and put them through your juicer.

    Thanks for all your hard work and great info! I have a question about this recipe in particular – with regards to the 1/2 fennel, do you mean that includes the stalk and little fronds or just the bottom lobe (white part)?
