Get Into A Green Mood

While everyone else is gulping down green beer and some other artificial green-dyed drinks on St. Patrick’s Day, why don’t you make your own healthy green juice?

Here’s a juice recipe, best extracted using a masticating juicer.


Recipe (makes one portion):

  • 2 green apples
  • A bunch of spinach
  • 1 rib of celery
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • A handful of mint leaves
  • 2 limes with peel
  • Thumb-sized piece of ginger (optional)
