Juice Recipe for Lowering Blood Sugar Levels and Managing Diabetes

A fellow juicer shared that he has been taking a tablet every night to control his blood sugar level. But, since he started juicing, he’s been drinking this juice recipe every day. He’s happy to say that after three weeks he could give up his tablet and his sugar level was stable. *

Juice Recipe (makes one portion):

  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ bittergourd
  • 2 ribs of celery
  • ½ green pepper
  • 1 green apple
  • ¼ lemon

    I’m thinking of juicing. I would like to manage my diabetes. I know that I would have to make the Green Juice For Diabetics and drink it once a day.

    How many times a day do I juice? Three times with the other green juicing recipes that are here on your website?

    Is green juicing three times a day recommended?
