Two-Ingredient Juice For Keeping Amazing Eyesight (And Getting It Back)

Your eyes are the window to the world. It’s important that you take care of them. Eat lots of fruits and veggies! Carrots, loaded with beta carotene, are especially helpful in maintaining healthy eyes. That’s because beta carotene is an antioxidant that reduces the risk of eye problems.

My daughter recently complained of short-sightedness. I gave her carrot and orange juice daily for a week and she’s now seen vast improvement with her eye sight. Carrots are so mild and versatile and can be mixed with ANY juice.

Another case was with my mother (late 60s). Although she has a Nutritional Consultant (me!) as her daughter, she sometimes insists on eating recklessly.

Once she ate a big plate of deep-fried foods and immediately her vision became blurry. (Yes, deep-fried foods have a negative effect on your vision). When she complained this to me, I made her a glass of my not-so-secret recipe for her for the next few days. Her eyesight was restored to what it was before.

Recipe:

  • 2 carrots
  • 2 oranges
  • Juice them together

This juice is so easy to make, yet so effective, due to its high content in beta-carotene. It is even beneficial for relieving sinusitis.
