What Are the Best Citrus Juicers Out There? We Found Out!
Traditional hand reamers get the job done, but they definitely don’t extract the maximum amount of juice possible. If you’re ready to take your citrus juicing to the next level, we’re ready to help you pick the best manual citrus juicer.
We’ve written thousands of juicing articles, so we can confidently recommend the best manual citrus juicers (our 1.2 million Facebook followers think so too).
Recommended Juicers

This 30W electric juicer comes with 2 cones to juice any citrus fruit, big or small. The cones rotate both ways to give you maximum yield and the clear view juice container allows you to see exactly how much juice you have. The adjustable pulp control feature means you can customize exactly how much pulp is in your juice.
The BLACK+DECKER CJ625 is easy to clean, with the components being dishwasher safe. It’s on the noisy side compared to other manual juicers, but not so loud you can’t hold a conversation. While we’re comparing it to other juicers, the CJ625 doesn’t have the highest yield, either. Another consideration is the reports of faulty products. With the price and the 2-year warranty, however, we’re not too concerned.
Bottom line: Is it spectacular? No, but for $20 this is a good manual citrus juicer to get you started.

The Cuisinart CCJ-500 is a sleek stainless steel juicer that won’t break the bank. It comes with impressive features like an auto-reversing reamer, custom pulp settings, and a final-spin feature to maximize juice yield. And it does all this with little noise. The components are dishwasher safe and BPA-free.
Its universal juicing cone can fit most fruits, except for the smallest limes. Another drawback of the reamer is that its design is somewhat difficult to clean. If you’re looking for a juicer that can handle big batches, you should look elsewhere. The pulp screen needs to be cleaned often during continuous juicing. Finally, there are reports of defect models, and although it has a 3-year warranty the customer service response has some negative reviews.
Bottom line: This juicer is a gamble. There are juicers that perform better, but if you can get it for the sale price of $18, we think it’s worth the risk.

The sleek shape and stainless steel design of this juicer will look great on any kitchen counter. You’re not just paying for looks, though. Its integrated filter captures pits for uncompromised juice and the juicing mechanism is easy to use. Simply press the rubber handle to begin juicing. No excessive pressure is required and the built-in suction cups keep the juicer in place.
Despite its powerful, 160W motor, this juicer operates quietly. You might need to split big juicing jobs into smaller sessions, however, because this juicer can overheat with continuous use. Other than that, the Eurolux ELCJ-1700 is easy to use and clean.
Bottom line: It’s on the pricier side, but worth it if you want a powerful citrus juicer that will look good on your countertop.

The BLACK+DECKER CJ650W is pressure-activated, making it easy to use. It’s also easy to clean and all the removable parts are dishwasher safe. The cones are self-reversing and the unit comes with adjustable pulp control so you can customize the level of pulp. The built-in 32-oz pitcher makes collecting the high-yield juice easy.
The cone is not quite big enough for large grapefruits, so if you’re a grapefruit fan the BLACK+DECKER CJ625 might be a better fit. Other concerns include the pulp strainer and the overall durability of the device. The strainer can clog and some reviewers have had issues with their juicer cracking or breaking down after limited use.
Bottom line: The $20 price point is hard to beat and if you’re concerned about durability, it does come with a 2-year warranty.

This sleek juicer will stand out in your kitchen, but not because of the noise. The Gourmia EPJ100 has an ultra-quiet, direct-drive motor that is as quiet as it is powerful. 120 watts and Smart Cone design power through citrus to maximize juice yield on anything from limes to grapefruits. The X-tract+ hand-press system and SmartFLow filter system make using and cleaning this juicer a breeze.
Aside from the price, it’s hard to say anything bad about this juicer. It doesn’t have a built-in pitcher, but the thoughtfully-designed spout reduces clogging and makes it easy to juice directly into the container of your choice. The only negative reviews we could find were complaints of defective units, but this can happen with any mass-produced appliance.
Bottom line: It’s pricey, but if you’re looking for a dependable, top-of-the-line manual citrus juicer, this is the one.

Unlike the other juicers on this list, the OXO Good Grips Double-Sided Citrus Juicer is completely manual. There is no electric assistance with this juicer, but it is a step up from your traditional reamer. It comes with 2 cones to fit fruits large and small and the no-slip grips make for easy juicing. It won’t provide the same yield as electric options, but this juicer is simple and easy to use.
The built-in collection container has measurement markers making it good for juicing small and precise amounts. Clean-up is easy too, as the unit disassembles completely and is dishwasher safe.
Bottom line: The yield can’t compare to juicers with motors, but this is a good option if you’re looking for something to use occasionally or for smaller jobs.
