    When is the best time of day to juice my veggies? I’ve been doing them in the morning then having a salad and proper meal in the evening?

    1. Hi Lyn, I would have a rich glass of freshly-extracted juice in the morning on an empty stomach, a full meal in the afternoon, and a salad in the evening (lighter meal in the evening).
