Herpes simplex is a blister or sore that usually occurs in the region around the lips. To avoid the constant use of antiviral drugs, here is a simple homemade recipe that is a powerful and safe remedy for herpes.
Herpes simplex is a relatively harmless but annoying viral infection that often returns to the same place in the form of a blister on the lip. Instead of applying some ointment that might be toxic when ingested, there is an easy home remedy. Believe it or not, all you need is a single clove of garlic.
Chop a clove of garlic finely and place over the blister. Hold it in place with a bandaid, for about ten minutes, then remove and rinse with warm water. Repeat five times throughout the day, and within 12 hours the herpes will disappear. For larger herpes you may repeat the same process until it disappears.
Garlic is antiseptic and enhances the body’s ability to defend. It is rich in many minerals such as calcium, sulfur, phosphorus and iron. It contains essential antibacterial oils such as allicin that many refer to it as antibiotics from nature.
