Need to have a trimmer tummy? Here’s a quick and healthy trick! This glass of juice will surely help with digestion and encourage a healthy colon and a flatter tummy. Avoid heavy dinner and carbs for better results. Drink LOTS of water throughout the day.

This combo has relatively low amounts of calories that can support a healthy, balanced diet.

 

Recipe:

Remove skin from both fruits:

  • ½ a small pineapple
  • 3 kiwifruits

 

How Often To Drink?

One glass a day, daily for a week and see good results. Best time to drink is anytime about 15 minutes before a meal. It would be helpful if you also reduce eating processed foods as they can be taxing on your colon and liver. And increase on eating more fruits and vegetables when you’re doing this easy cleanse.

Do not drink this combo if you are diabetic or have a blood disorder, or Candida infection.
