Last updated on
Varicose veins is a sign of poor blood circulation that causes blood congestion that may lead to some of the “valves” in the vein to fail. When these valves fail, blood flow may pool and collect in the veins, causing what looks like varicose veins.
Some of the main causes of varicose veins:
- Being overweight
- Prolonged sitting or standing that restricts circulation
- Chronic constipation
- Liver and gallbladder stones
To relieve and prevent varicose veins:
- Lose weight by eating low-fat foods, adding more fruits and vegetables into your diet
- Drink green juices that are alkalizing and improve blood circulation
- Drink LOTS of water daily

I tried the whole juicing thing a few months ago, i got stopped up for weeks ended up with shingles and im still having digestive problems …. eating healthy has had a big negative effect on my body, getting healthy is becoming a great challenge , painful 🙁
Renee, Don’t give up! I see your post was from May and I hope that you are feeling much better and have continued eating healthy. All of the things you mentioned are great! Especially the shingles. That was a virus inside of you that has been released with the cleansing effect of juicing. It is very painful to let go of the unhealthy stuff, but so worth it on the other side!
Varicose veins is an indication of helpless blood dissemination that causes blood clog that may prompt a portion of the “valves” in the vein to come up short. At the point when these valves come up short, blood stream may pool and gather in the veins, causing what resembles varicose veins.
A portion of the primary driver of varicose veins:
Being overweight
Drawn out sitting or standing that limits flow
Persistent clogging
Liver and gallbladder stones
If I want to juice for multiple conditions, how do I decide what to drink each day?
