-1 handful of spinach
-1 handful of kale leaves
-1 beet with stem and leaves
-2 stalks of celery
-1 apple

Anxiety can be caused by many factors such as fatigue, stress, nervous disorders or hormone imbalance. This juice is full of nutrients that promote general health and can support the nervous system. Leafy greens are rich in B vitamins and Kale is high in calcium and magnesium.
