- 1/2 a small head of red cabbage
- 1/2 a jicama (yam bean)
- 1 medium-sized beetroot
- 1/4 slice lemon with peel
Makes about 400 ml worth of highly potent juice. Lovely purplish red juice with a strong robust flavor.
This recipe has very high content of anti-oxidant, very cleansing, and healing for liver toxicity or bile ailments, like jaundice, hepatitis, food poisoning, diarrhea or vomiting. Though, not for the faint-hearted!

This juice is so potent that it may cause some dizziness. When this happens, it means you’ve taken more than your tolerance level. Drink LOTS of water.
A masticating juicer is best for extracting red cabbage and beetroot. It produces high juice yield.
