Sunday, 27 April 2014, we held a Juicing for Health Talk in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei. The event was organized by Raw Food Asia, sponsored and supported by various organizations.
Supa Save, the biggest grocery store in Brunei hosted the event at their restaurant, the Millennium Restaurant and had very generously sponsored the fruits and vegetables that we used for the entire event.
Pre-Talk Juice Preparation
These pictures were taken in the kitchen, when we prepared sample juices a couple hours earlier, for the audience. We were expecting a crowd of 150 and it was over that number. It was a full house!
The amount of vegetables we prepared for juicing ….
Ingredients: Green apples, cucumber, celery, spinach, fennel, lemon and ginger.

End result after one hour of juicing: 12 liters of green juice. In the process, we also drank another 2 liters of glorious juice, so 14 liters altogether. Chompy Charlie rose up to the challenge of marathon juicing! Good job!
