Green Juice (Anti-Cancer and Anti-Inflammatory)
- 2 Granny Smith green apples
- 3-4 branches of broccoli
- 1/2 cucumber – cut off 1 inch from the rounded end
- 1 rib of celery
- 6-7 leaves of Romaine lettuce
- 1/4 slice of lemon with peel
- 2 carrots (optional)
- 1-inch young ginger root (optional)
Cut up the produce to sizes that fit your juicer chute and juice.
Green juices have very low calorie yet rich with phytonutrients that help melt away the fats. Ideal for drinking during weight loss or detox program. Also suitable for diabetics.
This combination is detoxifying, cleansing and very healing when taken regularly. It has high anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory effect, relieving pains and inflammation. Tastes really good too!

This recipe makes about 800 ml worth of very tasty green juice.
A masticating juicer is best for extracting green vegetables.
