There are many ways how you can incorporate ginger in your diet. I use ginger in my juices/smoothies, soups, broths, cooking, etc. But, this is my favorite way of “eating” ginger—I make fresh ginger tea:

  • Finely chop up or grate 1-inch chunk of ginger and put in a big mug
  • Add a couple slices of organic lemon with peel that will enhance the ginger nutrients
  • Pour boiling hot water into the mug and let it steep till it cools to a comfortable warm
  • Add raw honey if desired
  • Sip and enjoy!
