- 2 carrots
- 1/4 slice of a medium-sized pumpkin
- 3-5 branches of broccoli
- 1 cucumber
You can make this juice without the broccoli. I added broccoli only because I have some in my fridge. The broccoli doesn’t alter the taste of the juice very much but it enhances the juice with very high calcium content, making it ideal for bone-building.
Cut up your produce into sizes that fit your juicer chute, and juice away!
The result of the juice is a very nice mustard yellow color which tastes so rich. Beats cow’s milk anytime!
At the time of juicing, I get only about 300 ml worth of juice. The ingredients listed above have been adjusted which should yield about 500-600 ml worth of juice. Feel free to adjust the amount of ingredients to make more or less.
