1. The Shot

No need to get fancy with the ingredients if you don’t want to.

Cut the taste with water and a little honey, it’s really one of the easiest ways.

  • 1 cup of water (approximately 8 oz/250ml)
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1-2 tsp of raw honey

2. Grapefruit Super Juice

Along with the health benefits of apple cider vinegar, grapefruit helps to lower cholesterol, prevent cancer, and arthritis pain.

  • 1½ cup fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1-2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp. raw honey

3. Tomato Cider Slinger

With only three ingredients, this is one of the easiest ways to get a daily dose of apple cider vinegar. If you’re a fan of tomatoes anyways, you may find it pretty hard to resist.

  • 1½ cup of fresh tomato juice
  • 1-2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • A dash of hot sauce *optional

4. Old-fashioned Sweet Blaster

Molasses is packed with essential nutrients that your body needs like iron, magnesium, manganese and calcium.

It’s a safe sweetener for diabetics, and gives this drink a warm, comforting feel.

  • 1½ cup water
  • 1-2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp. black strap molasses

5. Cranberry Mocktail

This amazing healthy mocktail gives you the health benefits of apple cider vinegar alongside the power of cranberries!

Cranberries are chock full of antioxidants that detoxify and cleanse the digestive tract and boost the immune system.

They boost heart health and prevent urinary tract infections. What’s not to love?

  • 2 tbsp. cranberry juice
  • 1-2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1½ cup water
  • 2 tsp. maple syrup
